Shenzhen Huali R&D and Testing Center covers an area of about 1,600 square meters, boasting advanced and complete design and development equipment and testing equipment, as well as 30 high caliber technicians.

The R&D and Testing Center owns ARISTO digital sample box proof press, 1.6m wide Roland digital proof press, AGFA laser typesetter, film processor and copying machine, France-made printing frame, THEIMER PS plate printing frame, China-made rubber plate laser carving machine, computer-controlled large carton compression testing machine, large carton drop testing machine, vibration testing machine, one cubic meter computer-controlled constant temperature and humidity chamber and other advanced R&D equipment and testing equipment. In addition, the R&D and Testing Center has powerful packaging design software that supports the design and development of watermark and color printing packaging products; trial production of sample cartons and color boxes in about one hour; and quantity, water content, strength, vibration, drop, constant temperature and moisture tests of paper products.

In recent years, Shenzhen Huali has established "South China Paper Product R&D and Testing Center of China Packaging" in joint efforts with China Paper Product R&D and Testing Center. This is one of only the three R&D and testing centers in China and the only one joint center. It means Shenzhen Huali can participate in the preparation and modification of industrial standards and has strengthened its reputation and authority in the industry.

Major responsibilities of Shenzhen Huali R&D and Testing Center include:

1.Design of the patterns and colors of packaging products;

2.Design of the materials, structures and sizes of packaging products to achieve the most economical and reasonable results;

3.Performance tests of paper products;

4.Sampling and trial production of cartons and color boxes, and provision of technical guidance.

In addition, this R&D and Testing Center analyzes problems occurring in the batch production of cardboards, cartons, color printing and color boxes, and seeks solutions from design schemes and production processes so as to maximally improve product quality and reduce product costs.
