Zhongshan Huali Packaging Co., Ltd. was established on September 30, 2002. It is a large packaging and printing enterprise wholly owned by Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings Limited (3366.HK). It is located in the third industrial zone, Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, covers an area of 77.6 mu, has a building area of nearly 29,000m2 and was put into operation on April 29, 2004. The Company is specialized in the production and sales of cardboards, cartons, pallets, paper plastics and other packaging products and in the printing of decorative packaging products. With an annual production capacity of up to 50,000 tons, it is one of the largest, most advanced and competitive corrugated cardboard packaging enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. Its main clients include Cannon, Funai, Guangsheng, Haolishi, Qinglian and other famous domestic and overseas enterprises.
Zhongshan Huali boasts advanced production equipment such as the five-layer high-speed corrugated cardboard production line with a width of up to 2.5m and a speed of 250m/mimute imported from Fosber Corporation of Italy. It also has several multi-color ink printing presses, roller die-cutting machines, automatic platen-cutting and creasing machines and so on. The large flexo printing and slotting joint production line has a printing width of 2.8 m and a precision of over 65 lines, hence the products have superior quality and are outstanding in the industry.
The automatic die-cutting machine has a maximum range of 1.6 m x 2.8 m and the manual die-cutting machine has a maximum range of 1.3 m x 1.8 m, which can completely meet the requirements of production and processing of various super large and irregular paper packages.
Through a thorough rectification of the environment quality, Zhonghsn Huali obtained SONY’s green partner certification in September 2004 and successfully passed the two international certifications of ISO9001:2000 quality management system and ISO14001:2004 environment quality management system, which enhance the Company’s competitive strengths in the domestic and overseas markets.
